• Children under 4 years old sharing the same existing bed with parents are free of charge and maximum one child is allowed free per room.
• Children who aged between 4 – 12 years, can share the same bed with parents. Breakfast charge will be applied with 10000 Ks/$10 per child.

Children who aged above 12 years old need to take an extra bed if the child wants to stay with the parents.

All cancellation must be in written notice. Cancellation charge will be applied as follows.

• 10 Days prior to arrival dates, 1 night cancellation charge.
• 5 Days prior to arrival dates, 2 nights cancellation charge.
• Cancellation on arrival date will be charged 100% of total reserved night.

In case of no show or early departure, the hotel will charge the entire reserved stay at the contracted rate.

• All the room rates are non-commissionable, inclusive of 5% government tax and 10% service charge.
• Breakfast is included for Deluxe and Ocean View Suite.
• Rates are based on single or double occupancy per room per night.
•    All reservations must be made written in advance directly to the Hotel Sales & Reservation office via the website’s booking form.

Check in time will be 14:00 hours & check out time will be 12:00 noon. Early check in time and late check out time is flexible depending on room availability.
